                Online 
                  tests are used in the USA as a part of the offline recruitment 
                  process and online contests. As Indian recruitment market presents 
                  a different scenario, where the number of jobseekers outnumber 
                  the number of jobs and Non IT professionals want to enter the 
                  IT profession. This means the responses sent to the employers 
                  need to validated by some online tests. To resolve this unique 
                  problem, we have planned to plug in the online tests with the 
                  jobs in different job packages including job 
                  gallery, job postings, surf in, 
                  online job fairs and employer profiles.  
                Currently, 
                  we have a tie up with Reviewnet 
                  Inc., USA for Online testing in Information Technology skills. 
                  We are also looking at Reviewnet to provide us with the test 
                  logic for creating Non IT skill tests at Reviewnet where the 
                  test content will be supplied by CareerCommunity.com

                the job posting, the employer would get a choice to design an 
                online test pertaining to that job. This link will take the employer 
                to the form on CMI 
                site, which will take data about the Job ID, skill/s choice and 
                minimum score for eligibility to be considered for an personal 
                interview or next stage of the recruitment process. 
              Reviewnet 
                would design the test and send it back to CMI 
                customer support team with the online test URL and test ID to 
                which the Apply Online button for the particular job (Job ID) 
                has to be directed/ pointed. 
              The 
                employers would get the test and resumes of the jobseekers who 
                qualify the minimum requirements. The Online test lasts as long 
                as the job is hosted in any of the job sections at CMI.
