                This 
                  is a combination of offline and online services in the form 
                  of a company fair at CareerMosaicIndia. This will include a 
                  mini website in the Corporate Mosaic section, shortlisting and 
                  validation of resumes and administration of the online technical 
                  test. The company fair will consist of the following features: 
                i. 
                  Hosting of the Fair.  
                  The fair will be hosted for a period of 30 days on the CareerMosaicindia.com 
                  website (Please see Annexure on CareerMosaicindia). The Fair 
                  shall exclusively feature the company concerned. The company 
                  fair shall be extensively promoted from the home page of CareerMosaicindia 
                  (CMI) through logos and animated links. Clicking on the link(s) 
                  will take the jobseeker to the Mini website of the company concerned. 
                  The Mini website incorporates the Job gallery ads of the employer 
                  which detail all the job vacancies in that firm. HTML Design 
                  and hosting of a Mini website shall be done by CMI. The client 
                  company shall provide the content, artwork and images for the 
                  Job gallery and other 
                  artwork as applicable. CMI 
                  / TMI 
                  can do the creative, artwork etc. for an additional fee. 
               
              Multiple 
                positions in the company can be advertised with their accompanying 
                eligibility criteria and job descriptions. 
              During 
                this time there will be Displays and posters of the client company 
                in local CMI offices as well as registration forms and handouts. 
                This will serve to attract talented jobseekers that walk into 
                any of the seven local TMI 
                offices across India namely, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, 
                Pune and Hyderabad.This offline promotional campaign will be done 
                for a period of 15 days. 
              There 
                will be targeted online and offline advertising and a media plan 
                will be drawn up, customised to the clients' need and budget. 
                Creative for these if required can be provided by TMI at an additional 
                fee. Client would need to pay for cost of buying media at actuals. 
              Also, 
                the existing database of resumes in TMI 
                will be sieved through and those candidates whose skill sets match 
                the job requirement will be contacted and encouraged to apply. 
              ii. 
                Sieving of Resumes and shortlisting 
                The resumes from walk-ins and online submissions will be screened 
                and those that match the requirements given by the company will 
                be called to the local TMI 
                / CMI office for 
                an online test. This will prevent impersonation by the candidate. 
                 
                iii. Online Technical test from Reviewnet 
                ( www.reviewnet.net 
                ) 
                 The test shall be administered from any of the local CMI 
                offices in 7 cities. This will ensure that there is no impersonation 
                when taking the online test. These tests are proven and randomised 
                in nature thus ensuring a high quality of skill validation. The 
                online test is available for a period of 30 days from the hosting 
                of the Fair. After this period the candidates' resume will be 
                passed on to the company concerned 
              iv. 
                Signature tags 
                 All mails from CMI 
                / TMI to 
                jobseekers during the 15-day hosting period will be tagged with 
                a promotional signature of the Fair. 
              
              
              v. 
                Offline validation by CMI/TMI. TMI shall evaluate the candidate 
                on the following criteria 
                a) Validity of the Curriculum Vitae 
                b) Communication skills of the candidate & 
                c) Seriousness of the jobseekers intention to join 
              SYNOPSIS 
              In 
                summary, the higher level of products subsume the preceding ones. 
                For example the Mini website incorporates the Job gallery creative 
                ads and the Company fair incorporates the Mini website and by 
                extension, the Job gallery also. In a similar way, the Country 
                Fair (in which a country promotes itself and the companies therein) 
                incorporates the Company fair as well as the Country Mosaic, which 
                serves to highlight and promote the country in question.
