Since ISG inception Mr. Ross served as the Chairman of the ISG Board of Directors. This is prior to the recent merger between Mittal Steel and ISG.

He is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the following:

• WLR Recovery Fund L.P (also the general partner)
• WLR Recovery Fund II L.P (also the general partner)
• Asia Recovery Fund (also the general partner)

• Absolute Recovery Hedge Fund (also the general partner)

Mr. Ross is also Chairman of:

• Ohizumi Manufacturing Company in Japan
• Burlington Industries and Cone Mills Corporation in the United States

Mr. Ross previously served as the Executive Managing Director at Rothschild Inc., an investment-banking firm, from October 1974 to March 2000. Mr. Ross was also formerly Chairman of the Smithsonian Institution National Board.
