Lewis B. Kaden - Member of the Board

 Mr.
Kaden has approximately 38 years of experience in corporate governance,
dispute mediation, labour and employment law, and economic policy.
Mr. Kaden served as Counsel to the Governor of New Jersey. He also
was a Professor of Law at Columbia University. Additionally he worked
as director of Columbia's Center for Law and Economic Studies. He
served as a director of Bethlehem Steel Corporation for ten years.
Current Roles:
He is a partner at the law firm of Davis
Polk & Wardwel.
He is a Chairman of the Board of Directors of the
Markle Foundation.
He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations
and the moderator of the Business-Labor Dialogue.
Personal Details:
Mr. Kaden is a magna cum laude graduate of Harvard College
and of Harvard Law School.
