Vanisha Mittal Bhatia was appointed a Member of the Board of Directors in December 2004. Professional experience includes working for a TV station and completing internships at Mittal Shipping and Ispat Hamburger Stahlwerke, besides an Internet based venture fund.

She is involved with charitable work. Most recently, she oversaw a project in a remote town of India to improve the quality of life of its inhabitants.

She has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the European Business School. Additionally she has a Masters in South Asian Studies majoring in Politics, from the School of Oriental and African Studies.

Vanisha's interests include photography, oil painting, scuba diving and skiing.
