Raja Suresh Kumar
CEO

At the helm of affairs is Raja Suresh Kumar, the CEO. Based out of Hyderabad, Raja’s innings at GE began in 1996. Before taking charge, he had completed a stint at RPG as Chief Technology Manager, and also held various marketing and technical positions in CMC and MECON. He completed his MBA from FMS, Delhi, and BE in Electronics & Telecommunications from JNTU, Hyderabad.

V Srinivasa Raghavan
CFO

V Srinivasa Raghavan spearheads financial operations as CFO, and has been with GE for over four years. After completing his B.Com, ACA, and AICWA, he worked in various management and finance positions at Motorola, Zuari Agro Chemicals and Coromandel Fertilizers. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and AICWA.

Ravishankar Madhavan
VP Quality

Keeping a keen eye on quality initiatives is the VP Quality, Ravishanker Madhavan, who is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. A post-graduate in Industrial Engineering, and a graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Ravi began his career at GE Medical Systems as a Sourcing Manager. He served the company in various functions, before taking over as quality leader of iProcess.

Warun Nayar
VP Service Delivery

Warun Nayar is the VP, Service Delivery, and heads the service delivery team. He has done his B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunications, and M.Tech in Computer Science from IIT Kharagpur. With an MBA in Operation Research and System Analysis also to his credit, he was a founder member & Director Global Operations of Orbit E Consulting, and worked with Cambridge Technology Partners as Director Operations, India.The last six years of his career in the army, were with the two Chiefs of the Army Staff as their Advisor, IT & Communication.

Rajgopalan Raghavan
VP HR

Managing the vast workforce is Rajgopalan Raghavan the VP HR. After completing his BA in Economics and MA in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, from the University of Madras, he worked with Larson & Toubro for over three years. He also worked with HLL, handling Labor Relations across India for over four and half years. He was also the Head of Education, Training and Development with Ford Motor India for three and half years.

Eswar Muthukrishnan
VP & CIO

The VP and CIO, Eswar Muthukrishnan provides technological leadership. Having completed his MCA and PGDM, he handled diverse assignments, and has thirteen years of rich work experience. He has been with the company since its inception and has been instrumental in establishing remote service model.

Ashutosh Arora
VP Business Development

Ashutosh Arora, VP Business Development is responsible for promoting IT support services to GE & Non-GE markets in the US, and for generating revenue. Having completed his BE in Mechanical Engineering, he was involved in selling IT solutions for six years, and with IT consulting for four years. Ashutosh was also the representative for GECIS - IT Services in Europe for about a year. He promoted call center operations, transaction processing & accounting services to various GE businesses in Europe.
