the creative bug bites

companies pay high dividends for creativity, managers need to
put their thinking caps on. Right-brain activity is creativity
and innovation taking over. R-mode thinking needs to take pre-eminence
over sheer logical thinking, providing entrepreneurial input
to companies keen on patronising brilliant employees.
