Tata Consulting Engineers Limited (TCE), is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Limited, the apex company of the Tata Group of Companies, which collectively form one of the largest industrial conglomerates in the private sector in India. Vikram Bapat, A TCEian by Choice, for over a decade

I, Vikram Bapat, graduated as a civil engineer in 1986 from the College of Engineering, Pune and worked as a bridge engineer and a structural designer with engineering firms in Pune till 1995. I joined TCE as a civil/structural engineer in 1995 and after 5 years of rewarding experience in civil engineering and project management switched to a career in Business Development.

Before joining TCE I was working as only a structural designer. After working with TCE, I got the exposure to all facets of civil engineering and also other disciplines. Also I got a chance to do project management for fast track industrial projects.

I have seen, during last ten years that TCE has evolved into a very vibrant organisation providing growth opportunities for talented young engineers. It is on an ambitious growth path giving a chance to motivated and self driven individuals for high performance and corresponding rewards.

TCE undertakes projects in diverse fields and provides a number of types of services. Engineers get exposed to various projects and various roles leading to their overall growth.
