2. Who are we in search of?
We are looking for people with competencies in various technologies, product design and electronics. Specifically, we require people with expertise in moulding plastic and metal components, advanced painting and decoration technologies, flexible assembly and tooling solutions, innovative on-line testing technology, best in class capability in supply chain and reliable solutions for logistics.

We are looking for people who apart from technical know-how have the ability & readiness for change, inspiring leadership, systematic approach and are action oriented.

3. What is the recruitment / selection process at PERLOS?
The recruitment / selection process consists of two levels of interviews – Initial screening interview by TMI Network who has been retained as our hiring partner and the second / final interview by the PERLOS team.

5. Where is the Manufacturing facility located in India?
The PERLOS state of the art manufacturing plant is located in the Nokia SEZ, Sriperumbudur which place is about 40 kms away from Chennai city. The plant would be set up and go operational by mid 2007.

6. How will I commute to the factory?
PERLOS will operate transport services from prominent localities in and around the Chennai city to enable employees to commute to the factory and back.

7. What kind of compensation can I expect?
