There are several hotels in Hyderabad right from 5 star ones, through three star to modest "lodges" like the ones around the railway stations.Tariffs are lower than in the other metros.

RESIDENTIAL ACCOMODATION

Generally company executives staying in Hyderabad seem to prefer Ameerpet, Begumpet, Srinagar Colony, Cantonment, Banjara Hills and Jubilee Hills. The quality of the building construction ranges from excellent to ridiculous. For a town of the size, the costs are low, average rents for a flat range from Rs.4000 to 10,000 in the upmarket areas. Only a modest deposit is asked for.

Hyderabad is a city where one can easily get independent houses with a little garden of your own, just 10 km away from the city centre. People from crowded cities like Mumbai, if they try this out are noticed to settle down permanently.
