Mr.H.Lee Hales

This workshop was developed by the professional engineers and consultants of Richard Muther & Associates, internationally recognized for their contributions to material handling and warehousing. All of the techniques presented are practical, easily learned, and designed for immediate application. They will be presented by H. Lee Hales, President of Richard Muther & Associates.
As a consulting engineer, Mr. Hales has assisted such companies as Motorola, Coca-Cola, Delta Air Lines, Nokia, General Motors, Ford, Sony, and many others. The author of two books on facilities planning and automation, Mr. Hales has conducted workshops in Korea, China, Japan, and Singapore. He is a former manager of warehouses and distribution centers and a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Formerly editor of Enterprise Integration Strategies, Mr. Hales� writings on enterprise and systems integration have appeared in leading trade journals in the U.S. and Japan. He is also the author of two books on facilities planning and automation, Mr. Hales has conducted workshops in Korea, China, Japan, and Singapore.

Refunds and Cancellations:

A 50% refund will be made for withdrawals (received in writing) ten working days before the commencement of the course. No refunds will be made thereafter. However, a replacement will be accepted upon prior arrangement at no extra cost. Please inform us of the changes, if any, by fax. The Professional Activities Centre reserves the right to cancel the course and fully refund the participants their fees should unforeseen circumstances warrant it. Every effort will be made to inform participants of any changes. While every effort is made to present the course as advertised, circumstances may make it necessary to alter the schedule and/or presenters.
