Dr. Edward H. Frazelle
Dr. Edward H. Frazelle is a founding director of The Logistics Institute (TLI)
at Georgia Tech, and President and CEO of Logistics Resources International. He was
the valedictorian graduate from North Carolina State University and received the M.S.
degree from the School of Industrial Engineering, after which he continued his studies
at the Georgia Institute of Technology and received his Ph.D. degree in Industrial and
Systems Engineering.
Dr. Frazelle is an integral part of TLI's educational program and has incorporated
his educational program, The Logistics Management Series, into The Logistic Institute's
curriculum. As an educator, he has trained more than 20,000 professionals in the
principles of world-class logistics and has assisted more than 100 corporations
and governmental agencies in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Japan and South America in
their pursuit of world-class logistics. He has authored, co-authored, and contributed
to seven books and has written numerous logistics-related articles on logistics which have
appeared in various professional publications. He is a popular speaker at logistics
conferences and symposiums both in the U.S. and abroad.
Dr. Frazelle's achievements have been recognized by the Council of Logistics
Management (Doctoral Research Grant), the Warehousing Education and Research Council
(Burr Hupp Fellowship), the Material Handling Institute (MHEF Fellowship), the Institute
of Industrial Engineers (Armstrong Award), and Kodak (Educational Grant Award).

customer service, reduce operating expenses, and minimize capital investments.
Logistics & Supply Chain Strategies presents those world-class practices and systems
in a comprehensive and systematic format. The course addresses the changing and
increasingly important role of logistics in business; logistics performance measures
and benchmarking procedures; world-class processes for customer service and order
processing, inventory planning and management, supply chain integration, transportation
and distribution, and warehousing; logistics information systems architectures and
implementation strategies; and logistics organization design alternatives. The main

Payment is required prior to commencement of the course. Crossed cheques should be Made payable to "National University
of Singapore" and mailed together with the registration form to the above mentioned address.
Each participant/company is eligible for one of the following discounts:

- 10%discount for employees of the Technology Associates of INTRO;
- 10%discount for NUS Alumni.
- 5% discount for companies sending three or more participants.
A 50% refund will be made for withdrawals (received in writing) ten working days before the commencement
of the course. No refunds will be made thereafter. However, a replacement will be accepted upon prior arrangement
at no extra cost. Please inform us of the changes, if any, by fax. The Professional Activities Centre reserves the right
to cancel the course and fully refund the participants their fees should unforeseen circumstances warrant it. Every effort
will be made to inform participants of any changes. While every effort is made to present the course as advertised,
circumstances may make it necessary to alter the schedule and/or presenters.
