1. What is the career path?

The remuneration for you is very relative and it is decided based on 4 factors:

  • Your educational qualifications
  • Your work experience, which will include, the no. of years of experience and quality of work done
  • Your current/ Last Annual compensation
  • How much do the current employees of the organisation think you can contribute to the organisation
3. How will I be measured?
It is a real time automated monitoring system. Your performance depends on the quality of work done by you.
4. Who will I report to? What is my boss' profile like?
You will report into a person who knows the product better than you, a person who has done your job earlier.
5. Who are my colleagues like?
Your colleagues will range in age group from 20-50 yrs. They could be from various fields - Marketing, sales, HR. law, finance, content writing, advertising, academics, etc.

6. Do I have to work in shifts/ odd times?
This search engine is never directly online with the customer. Hence they never work in night shifts. You are required to spend any 8.5 hrs between 9 am and 7 pm (IST)
7. Can I work from home?
No, you cannot work from home.
8. What sort of training can I expect?

9. Will there be a pick up & drop?
Yes. They are currently located in a plush office in Hi-tech city. They provide a pick up and a drop facility.
