Based Applicant Tracking

Candidates submit
their resumes by mail, fax, or E-mail. The system scans all resumes,
runs the scanned images through a proprietary character recognition
and extraction process, and checks them for errors. This information
is uploaded to your database together with other applicant details
generated from telephone screening reports or on-line registration
forms. Acknowledgment letters or cards can also be immediately produced
and mailed.

To search the
database, you simply structure a query by entering key words or
phrases representing the job skills or experience levels you seek.
The search statement is then compared to the information stored
by the ADMS, and those candidate files matching your search criteria
are presented for viewing, printing, faxing or routing.
In addition
to reading, filing and retrieval of applicant resumes, the system
will allow the attachment of resumes to open requisitions, scheduling
of interviews and generation of correspondence such as acknowledgement,
offer and rejection letters. Accompanying documentation such as
pre-employment test results and reference checks can be appended.
Recruiters and
hiring teams can access and review candidate resumes on their desktops.
Our system uses a graphical interface that saves time and eliminates
confusion. You can define how you want your data to be displayed,
and the server will automatically download the latest version wherever
you log in.
