The Selection process

HLL has partnered with TMI Network - one of India's leading Talent Management Consultants - for conducting the multi-stage recruitment process.

Stage - 1
You will apply online, using the Fast Form provided in this site. TMI will screen the applications and shortlist the candidates based on the weight age for different parameters.

Stage - 2
Shortlisted candidates will be called to appear for a preliminary interview by TMI at the nearest metropolitan or major city. During this stage you will be given an aptitude test by TMI.

Stage - 3
Candidates qualifying through Stage - 2, will be met for a final interview by HLL and TMI together.

Stage - 4
TMI will hand over the offer letters to the selected candidates and guide them in the joining process.
