   Sales Officers - Confectionery

Operating in a young and lean division, you will have high responsibility, bigger geographical area under your control and excellent opportunities for decision-making & risk-taking. You should have a heart for challenge and flair for leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimising sales and distribution of confectionery products
  • Planning and implementing infrastructure.
  • Planning of activities to counter competition within the budget limits.
  • Achieve sales targets by driving and managing sales system.
  • Improving quality of distribution through infrastructure planning.
  • Selecting & appointing RS
  • Training and development of field force, RSs and RS salesmen.
  • RS & C&FA management.
  • Delivering good RSs

Qualification: Graduation in any discipline

Experience: 6-8 years in Sales, preferably in FMCG sales

Essential Skills:

  • Leadership and man-management skills to motivate, guide and develop TSIs in your team as well as trade partners.
  • Excellent abilities of negotiation, being proactive & handling of barriers to a sale
  • Clarity of purpose and analytical abilities to conceptualize and create infrastructure and establish processes to effectively utilize the infrastructure
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

  Territory Sales Incharge - Confectionery

Responsibilities:

  • Optimising sales and distribution of confectionery products and managing the respective territory
  • Organising product promotion activities, in consultation with superiors
  • Achieving sales targets and driving the RS system
  • Improving the competitive position in the market through improved customer service
  • Developing the respective sales force on managing customers to obtain more business.
  • Monitoring the competitive activities and providing feedback to the branch on appropriate action that the company needs to take to counter such activities.
  • To report to Sales Officer - Confectionery

Qualification: Graduation in any discipline

Experience: 3-4 years in Sales, preferably in FMCG sales

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent abilities of negotiation, being proactive & handling of barriers to a sale
  • Ability to train and motivate RS and RSSM in your territory to maximize sales & distribution
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
