13. What is the job search agent and how will I benefit from it?
The job search agent is a program, which you can instruct to look for
jobs for you that match certain criteria. For example, you could program
the agent to look for "Java openings in the U.S". Each time a job comes
online that matches your search criteria, the job agent e-mails you
the job posting. This saves you a lot of time and effort- it's like
someone working round the clock looking for a job for you!
You can program up to three job agents with different criteria. Whenever
any of these detect a job match, you will be notified via e-mail.
14. How can I change my e-mail address on the
job agent?
All you need to do is click on "Account Information" after logging into
your MyMosaic Account, enter your new e-mail address in place of your
old one, type in your password and click Submit. We'll take care of
the rest. You will begin to receive e-mails on your new account.

What are "Resume stats" and how can I know them?
Resumes statistics or resume "stats" help you monitor a number of parameters
concerning your resume. You will know how many times your resume came up
in resume searches by employers as well as how many times it was viewed
by potential employers. Careermosaicindia provides the Resume Stats option
in "Mymosiac"-your personal , private space on our site. After you build
and submit your resume you can monitor the above statistics, which will
provide you, with valuable feedback about yourself and the job market. Of
course the resume stats work only for Public and "Contact-Info suppressed"
resumes. The Private resumes are used by you to apply for jobs online.
16. Many employers have accessed my resume
but no one has contacted me so far. Is this normal?
Yes. It may happen that there are no current requirements for candidates
of your profile. Often, employers view and download your resume for future
use. Also, most employers use resume search agents to cull and view resumes.
If you want to be proactive, you should apply for jobs online to job postings
that you are interested in.

Can I know which employers accessed my resume?
No. The employers who login always prefer to remain anonymous. We respect
their wishes and their privacy as much as we respect yours. If the employers
are interested in your resume you will be contacted directly by them.
18. How can I unsubscribe the newsletter?
To unsubscribe our newsletter, all you need to do is go to this address
www.careermosaicindia.com/newsletter/unsubscribe and enter your e-mail id
and click "Unsubscribe". You will then no longer receive the careermosaic
newsletter.
