When companies pay high dividends for creativity, managers need to put their thinking caps on. Right-brain activity is creativity and innovation taking over. R-mode thinking needs to take pre-eminence over sheer logical thinking, providing entrepreneurial input to companies keen on patronising brilliant employees.

Solving organisational concerns artistically -
Paying attention to detail is an important aspect of r-mode thinking. 'Skimming through' doesn't pay in the long run.

Depicting a certain idea or concept with finesse and accuracy what is required. The aesthetic quality of the project shouldn't be lost in left-brain thinking patterns.

Employees need to be encouraged to work on graphically representing their ideas. They also need to take into consideration the different viewpoints and approaches. This helps employees arrive at a unified point of view.

Work needs to be influenced by personal interests and avocations. Creative instincts can be exercised through personalising work and this can enliven the workplace experience.

Intuition should be given importance as it brings about thoughtful investigation and scepticism. 'what-if' r-mode thinking can be cultivated and can bring about a balance between the logical and creative elements.

The creative method of problem solving helps the idea to evolve, thus giving more room to creativity. There may be challenges, grey areas and doubts which will get ironed out over a period of time, if the problem is solved through artistic measures
Companies can make use of the collective creative efforts of their employees to bring about managerial efficiency and organisational success and there-by ensure the employees a challenging work environment.
