GBTS has on board an experienced and mature Core Management team that will lead the organisation forward in its journey towards building GBTS as a trusted, capable and reliable service provider.

The Core Management team has put together a business plan which aims at achieving a 80% growth year over year for the next three years.

The Management team is also working to establish state-of-the-art infrastructure in its Chennai development center including VPN connectivity, which would enhance GBTS delivery capability.

GBTS has in place clear and concrete plans towards consolidating on the various business processes built in obtaining the SEI CMM as well as ISO Certifications within the first two years.
