You will be part of a team of counsellors providing advisory services and conducting training programmes for companies on total cost management tools and techniques, such as target costing, supply chain management, activity-based costing and strategic cost management.

You will be part of a team of counsellors providing advisory services and conducting training programmes for companies on TPM tools and techniques, as well as coordinating TPM Club activities.

TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT (TQM) - Senior Counsellors, Counsellors

The work of the division involves providing training, consulting and information services for both the manufacturing and services sector (esp. Capability Maturity Model) as well as working with standard setting bodies, in India and abroad.

Candidates should preferably be engineers or professionals trained in TQM/ CMM procedures and practices. Knowledge of adult learning processes, a proven track record in managing group discussions, conduction role-playing exercises and other such instructional techniques is desirable. Strong presentation skills are a must. 3-5 years experience for the junior position, 10-15 for the senior. Candidates for the CMM post should possess demonstrable expertise in software quality consultancy, especially in assessing the Software Engineering Institute's Capability Maturity Model for software.
