CII is India's premier business organization

After releasing their ad in December 2001, they have
appointed TMI Network, one of India's top five Recruitment
and HR consulting firms, as exclusive recruitment
consultant.
The recruitment process has now been established and
as part of this process, we have identified some key
requirement that that are essential for the positions.
On this page you can download the Form
for Applicant Self-Test (FAST) and an Instruction
Sheet to be used for filling the form.
Please read the instruction sheet carefully before
you complete the FAST form. The instruction sheet
contains codes, which you must fill in accurately.
(The fields where the codes are to be entered are
marked in red).
This is an important stage in the screening process
for the position that you have applied for. Please
note that information provided in the FAST form needs
to be accurate and comprehensive.
To further facilitate accurate completion of the
form, we have marked important instructions in Blue.
The FAST form is useful for capturing important information
about you that may not have been included in your
Résumé, as well as to speed up and streamline
the recruitment process.
When replying to this request,
please do not reformat the email, change the subject
or change the position of text. You should add your
answer in the space provided.
Please download the forms,
complete the FAST form and send the completed FAST
form to [email protected]
along with a latest copy of your Résumé.
IMPORTANT - If you have
sent your Résumé earlier, please do
not send it in again as this will delay your candidature.
IMPORTANT!!-DO NOT send
the Instruction sheet back with the filled in FAST
form.
