Be responsible for achieving project objectives in all the Project Gram
Panchayats in the district.

Act as guardian of project principles and rules

Monitor and guide activities of PFT� Arrange for compliance checking of
Business Plans for Productive Livelihood Investment.

Be responsible for the performance of other District Team members

Co-ordinate and link with the State Society and other offices in the
district/State to provide necessary support to the PF Team.

1. Team Leader
|
- Lead and co-ordinate the activities of PFT
- Be responsible for implementing the project activities in all
the villages under the cluster
- Be responsible for all reporting requirements & communication
with District Teams
- Act as guardian of project principles and rules
- Assist the GP in project initiation
- Assist the VPRC in preparing the overall livelihood plans,
getting it appraised and entering into agreements with District
Society
- Monitor the progress of project activities

| 2. Facilitator Social Mobilization
|
- Mobilise and develop all community-based organizations including
VPRC, SHGs, EAGs etc.
- Be responsible for ensuring participatory methodologies in
planning, implementation and management of proposals for implementing
Village Fund.
- Be responsible for implementing social mechanisms like report
cards etc� Assist the Social Audit Committee in implementing social
audits
- Ensure that adequate representation of women, youth in decision
making positions in the CBOs
- Ensure that inclusion, equity, transparency are maintained
in project implementation activities
- Facilitate capacity building activities for VPRC, EAG officer
bearers etc.

3. Facilitator Accounts and Monitoring
|
- Report progress of project implementation
- Assist VPRC in implementing social accountability mechanism
- Maintian databases on signing of financial agreements, addendums,
release of installments etc.
- Organize community level interactive forums for documenting
and sharing key project learning
- Be responsible for communicating project related information
to all villages
|
4. Facilitator Livelihoods
|
- Facilitate resource mapping, opportunity analysis for productive
investment
- Arrange for technical assistance in planning business plans
for productive investment opportunities
- Help VPRC in contracting service provider for appraisal of
business plans
- Arrange for marketing linkages, linkages for raw materials,
technology tie ups and other partnerships
- Helping Village Organization in contracting service providers
for preparing and appraising micro enterprise proposals
- Helping micro enterprises in tying up with suppliers, consumers,
private sectors etc
- Develop the rate bank based on the latest market rates

5. Facilitator Business Finance
|
- Assisting Village Organization in the formation and development
of Village Savings and Credit Organization
- Building capacity of Village Savings and Credit Organization
office bearers in maintaining books of accounts and loan tracking
- Arranging for technical assistance for establishing Village
Savings & Credit System
- Help the VPRC in planning and implementing Seed Fund
- Assist the Self Help Groups and the Federation in obtaining
credit rate and institutional linkages for credit
- Hand hold VPRC, Self Help Gorups, EAGs, Federations in maintaining
books of accounts
