The project aims at empowering women and
alleviating poverty through promoting livelihoods. With
the institutional backing of the Government of Tamil Nadu
and resource support from the World Bank, the project
offers you the opportunity to INNOVATE, EXCEL and REALIZE
your potential as a part of the following teams.
District Team
Positions are offered in 15 districts of Tamil Nadu. As
part of the district team, you would act as the guardian
of the project principles and guide and build the capacity
of a multidisciplinary team towards achieving the project
goals.
Project Facilitation
Team (PFT) at the sub-block level across 15 districts
of Tamil Nadu
As part of PFT, you would be the frontline soldier working
directly with the communities to achieve the project
goals. You will assist and build the capacity of community
organizations in planning and implementing livelihood
projects using participatory methodology.
