Vice President (BD and Strategy): • MBA from a premier B-school with 13 yrs. exp. with at least 2 yrs. in a third party BPO/ITES organization • Exp. in strategic planning, execution, sales & marketing (Location: Mumbai).

Asst. Vice President (Hiring): • MBA in HR/Marketing • 8-10 yrs. exp. with at least 2 yrs. in heading the hiring function in any BPO/ITES organization • Exp. in managing hiring projects/assignments, know-how of markets and labour pool availability (Location: Mumbai).

Asst. Vice President (Human Resources): • MBA in HR/PMIR having 9-11 yrs. exp. with at least 2 yrs. in a third party BPO • Exposure in handling general HR function for employee strength of above 750 (Location: Hyderabad).

Asst. Vice President (Training): • Degree/diploma in Mgmt. • 8-10 yrs. exp., with 2-3 yrs. in managing training function in a BPO (Location: Mumbai).
