Program (technical and

Mandatory 'time periods' for Learning
and Teaching
To bring in commitment and buy in from both the learner and the facilitator,
certain time-periods in a year are fixed towards learning. These periods
are tracked and all efforts are made to ensure completion of the same.
This ensures effective planning by the manager to help associates devote
time to competency enhancement.
