Team Members - Customer Support (Code: TM01)

  •  Graduates / Diploma holders from a recognized institute
  •  6 months to 3 years of relevant experience in a voice based
     environment
  •  Experience in providing remote technical support (Customer
     support for ISP preferred)
  •  Willing to work in shifts

Team Leaders - Customer Support (Code: TL01)

  •  Graduates / Diploma holders from a recognized institute
  •  3-5 years of relevant experience in BPO
  •  Experience in providing remote technical support (Customer
     Support for ISP preferred)
  •  Experience of handling teams of minimum 5 persons essential

Process / Voice Trainers (Code: PV01)

  • 2+ years of relevant experience

Trainees (Code: TR01)

Fresh graduates or graduates with non-BPO experience
(willing to work as Trainees) are welcome to apply. A flair for
technology and good communication skills are essential.
Age: below 28 years

All the above positions are based in Bangalore / Hyderabad.

Preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience
in working on large ISP accounts.
