or external), contribution to a special initiative (like fun club) are

at the time of salary fitment. A special allowance is built into the
salary.

Track/Star Programme". Besides this, there is "Performance
Improvement Plan" as a motivation for those at the rear.
- The Buddy Programme facilitates mentoring to enhance associate's skills.
- To groom leaders from within, there is the Job Rotation & Internal
Advertisement Policy.
- Notice Pay is considered for cases where the company wishes the associate
