Your Information :
This test is based on John Holland's Theory of Careers that provides
an insight on how personality can influence one's career fitment. Based
on your personality type find out your career preferences. In the following
table there are 25 rows, each containing six adjectives. You have to
go through each row and allocate 10 points among the TOP THREE ADJECTIVES
that describe you as a person. Of course, the word that describes you
better will be awarded higher points with the next best word receiving
the second highest point, and so on. Please divide your points into
whole number only (e.g. 1,2,4 etc.,) and not into decimals (e.g. 1.5,
2.5 etc.)
For example: In row 1. Adjective-3 may best describes
you, then you may allot say 6 or 7 points and for the next best
adjective if it is adjective-1 u allot say 3 or 2 points and for
the third best adjective which can be adjective- 6 u allot say
2 or 1 point as the case maybe. Thus the row total should add
up to 10 points. Only single digit number per adjective is accepted
by the system.
Please fill in the answer most appropriate to
the way you are or are closest to the way you feel or react to
the questions. Please understand that there are no right answers
or wrong answers, there are only answers appropriate to you.
Caution: Answer to only THREE options
in each row. Hence ensure that you allot three scores per row
which should total to 10 each per row.
