Designation: Project Manager
Experience: • 5 to 10 years Skills: • Project Management Experience • Java, EJB • MTS (dot NET) • Any RDBMS Exposure needed (at least 12 - 18 Months): • Full SDLC, J2EE Standards, OOAD • Application Development (Weblogic & Websphere) • Domain Expertise, Legacy Systems • Technical Architecture (Preferable)


Designation: Project Leader
Experience: • 3 to 5 years Skills: • JAVA • EJB Components development on Weblogic / Websphere • iPlanet using Java, JavaBeans, JSP / Servlets/ XML • MTS (dot NET) Exposure needed (at least 12 - 18 Months): • OOAD • Knowledge of Middle-Ware like CORBA, COM/DCOM • Application Development (Weblogic & WebSphere) • Domain Expertise & Technical Architecture Preferable


Designation: Team Leader

Designation: Functional Consultant
Experience: • 10 years Relevant IT skill experience: • 2 years Skills: • Atleast implementation of ERP application in two companies. Exposure needed (at least 12 - 18 Months): • Atleast 8 years experience in the manufacturing industry


Designation: Technical consultant
Experience: • 5 years Relevant IT skill experience: • 2 years Skills: • Atleast two years in the implementation of any ERP especially the technical details. Good knowledge of any one RDBMS. Exposure needed (at least 12 - 18 Months): • Implementation experience or maintenance experience of ERP application


Designation: Project Manager
Experience: • 8 years Relevant IT skill experience: • 8 years Skills: • Good project management methodology, estimation skills, experience of ERP implementation. ORACLE mfg experience is added advantage Exposure needed (at least 12 - 18 Months): • Atleast 2 years experience as project manager managing 30-40 developer plus on-site(abroad) implementation experience
