Mohan Subramaniam: Chief Executive Officer

Mohan Subramaniam founded Kumaran Systems in 1991 in Toronto, Canada and has subsequently been heading the company as CEO and President over the last decade.

Before starting Kumaran, Mohan was with Info-Power Software Corporation and prior to that with MIU Automation, Inc., both Canada-based companies. Over the course of his 18 year career in the IT industry, he has headed various projects. He has also been extensively involved with development, implementation and maintenance of numerous softwares.

Mohan holds an Engineering degree as well as a Masters in Engineering in Computer Science.

Krish Mohan: Chief Technology Officer

As of December 2000, Krish Mohan has taken over as Chief Technology Officer of Kumaran worldwide operations.

Krish was an independent consultant with CISCO before he joined Kumaran and before that he was a consultant with Oracle Corporation. In his capacity as consultant, he has amassed tremendous experience in the areas of application architecture, e-Business and enterprise applications. He has also handled numerous e-Commerce and web projects in the course of his career. In all Krish has about 12 years of experience in the IT field.

He holds an Engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Science as well as an MS from Thayer School of Engineering, Dartmouth College.

Ananth Nagarajan: Sr. Vice President - Business Development

Ananth, in his capacity of Sr. VP-BD of Kumaran worldwide operations is heading an extremely critical function. He is operating from the Kumaran San Francisco office. Before joining Kumaran in March 2000, Ananth was with Cognizant Technology Solutions, as Senior Manager - Business Development.He was managing on-site operations in San Francisco.

Prior to Cognizant, Ananth was with Bharat Petroleum Corporation - SAP India, as Senior FI / CO Consultant. As such, he was handling assignments in the area of treasury and cash management. Ananth has his Bachelors' Degree in Commerce, in addition to which he is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Murali Swaminathan: Vice President - Human Resources

Murali is the worldwide head of Human Resources for Kumaran Systems from November 2000.

Prior to joining Kumaran, Murali was the Director and Head of Chennai operations of William M Mercer a Global Consulting Conglomerate. As such, he has had extensive exposure to areas like compensation and benefits, competencies based practices and performance management systems. Before that, he held senior positions in Carborundum Universal, BOC India, Oberoi Hotels and Escorts in a career spanning a total of 15 years.

Murali holds a Bachelors' degree in Economics, as well as a Post-Graduate degree in Management specializing in HR and General Management from XLRI in Jamshedpur, India.

Krishnan Thosecan: VP - Technology

As VP - Technology, Krishnan Thosecan is heading the various technology functions in Kumaran. Prior to joining Kumaran in January 2001, Krishnan founded Eucan (Canada), working as premier consulting partner leading the Jamcracker initiative in Canada. As a part of this intiative, he provided both business and technical services, while setting up the Jamcracker Framework for clients in Canada. He worked on a network management project for a Bank One subsidiary, which involved design and integration of multiple frameworks and tools.

Prior to that, he was with Exodus Communications, where he handled the network management and enterprise management applications for the clients. Krishnan Thosecan has an MS from the Technical University of Berlin, in addition to his Engineering degree.

Dutt Kalluri: VP Projects India

In his current position, he is handling business development, is leading the sales
and delivery teams of the business unit, and is heading the planning, designing and developing of Kumaran's Off shore Development Initiatives.

Until 1995, Dutt was Group head of Project Planning, Control and Process in Vetri Systems. He was responsible for design and implementation of software metrics like project tracking, code metrics, defect tracking metrics etc. He also handled various offshore projects, customer management and vendor development. From 1989 to 1993, Dutt was with Aicam Consulting Pvt. Ltd. as Manager (IS). He headed and lead the design, development and implementation of the Management Information System of the organization and was instrumental in starting the AICAM's Consulting division and handled the business development, marketing, analysis, estimation, design, development and implementation of customer projects.

Dutt is a graduate in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering, Bombay and also holds a Diploma in Systems Management from Manchester, UK. In addition he also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Programming and Applications.
