Programmer Analysts

Should be experts in Scheduling and have worked in Main Frames Production Support environment earlier with at least 1+ years in Vision Plus.

Primary responsibilities include :

• Review, implement and apply permanent and emergency changes to support the various batch cycles within the MVS mainframe scheduling jobs in the Production Support environment.

• Being able to process changes to the production schedule involving multiple applications, entities and their interdependencies and not impact established service levels.

• Ability to determine, communicate and take actions necessary to implement corrective measures to avoid outages.

•. Must be willing to work in a 24x7 support environment on a shift rotation basis.

Skill requirements :

• Expert knowledge of OPC / ESA, CA-7, JES3 operating systems, TSO / ISPF, VS COBOL II, VSAM, CICS.

• Good verbal communication skills to communicate very well customers for identifying and resolving problems.
