2. Resume Builder

a) Unique Identifiers Information CareerMosaicindia's MyMosaic requires users to supply their Full name ,permanent address, nationality and other personal data. Users of other national identity are required to supply their countries' respective identification numbers. These are used to verify and authenticate user identities (See Section 3 below).

CareerMosaicIndia.com does not disclose any of the above information to a third party. The resume search facility enables a corporate to look into information as provided in the resume builder. Here the privacy settings chosen by the jobseeker would determine his own control over the flow of information and he has the option of blocking information such as current employer or contact details.

b) Preferences Information CareerMosaicindia requires users of the MyMosaic service to input their job preferences and availability status. This information is used for an automated job matching process by CareerMosaicindia's personal career agent, -a job matching software. Preferences Information captures the following: field specialization of interest, position level, preferred work location, and activation status.

c) Other Personal Information CareerMosaicindia's MyMosaic also provides a number of features to keep track of users' personal job applications and opportunities record. The records are kept at the Job Matches and Online Application sections of MyMosaic.

The records comprise of:
i. Statistical report of job matches from and for the last one month

ii. Record of users' last 20 online job applications, or the last three months job applications Other optional facilities include: Email Resume. Users can email their resumes stored in CareerMosaicindia's Resume Builder section to any company.

In using this facility, users assume the responsibility of disclosing their personal information to a third party. CareerMosaicindia's MyMosaic provides a facility for users to save information under the Personality Test section under Tools. No part of users' information will be disclosed to a third party unless the users themselves give express consent for job applications that require a personality test. Otherwise, this section is designed solely for the users' personal reference

3. Authentication

The Authentication step reinforces the legitimacy of CareerMosaicindia's users for CareerMosaicIndia.com itself as well as for prospective employers. By authenticating their personal information, users verify the genuineness of the information in their MyMosaic account. Although Authentication is optional, it places users who complete this important stage at a higher level of authenticity in the application process. This process of authentication is done via email/phone or via direct contact by us or our representatives.
