5. How many days will my job posting be valid for?

Your job posting will be valid for a period of 30 days from the date of posting (basic package). Of course there are other packages that allow you far more flexible options. (For further information on the packages we offer corporates, click here and we'll get in touch with you within 24 business hours [email protected]).
During this time you can edit, modify or delete your job posting, subject to the package that you have subscribed for.

6. How do I post a Job?

Posting a job on our database is easy. Once you've registered, simply visit the section of the site called 'Post a Job.' There you will find instructions guiding you through the posting process. You can simply identify your industry, describe the position you need to fill, and list the qualifications that are needed for your job posting. If needed, you may also keep the name of your company confidential. When you have completed the posting process, review your ad and then click the submit button. Your ad will be posted immediately.

7. Can I link my job site to my job posting?


YES. Each job posting offers you a FREE URL link to your company's website. This is an additional cost-effective way to advertise your company. The free link allows job seekers to visit your site to learn more information about your company, your products and services.

8. How do I know how many resumes I have downloaded and how many job ads I have posted?

Our system keeps track of all your activities on our site. The account information section of the site contains all job posting and resume request histories within a month. This information is available to you at any time when you are logged on to our site. Ideally you should also create a folder on your hard drive where you can store downloaded resumes from our clipboard facility. You can always tally this with your resume history information.

9. How can I save the resumes, which I find on the resume search?

Our helpful "clipboard" facility allows you to click and drag the resume(s) that you are prima facie interested in, onto the clipboard. You can then save these on your hard disk to scan them thoroughly at your leisure.

10. How do I know if the resumes on the site are up to date?


No resume on the site is older than 120 days. If a job seeker wishes to keep their resume on the site longer than 120 days, they must visit the site and reactivate their resume. At any time, a job seeker may edit their resume to keep the information current.

11. How can I refine my search to find candidates of my choice?


It is best to start your search for candidates on a broad level. Do not try to identify all criteria; you risk missing some qualified candidates with too narrow of a search. Start your candidate search by identifying the job function you are looking for. After viewing these results, refine your search by selecting more criteria each candidate must meet. Our search engine allows you to utilize many categories to refine your search.

12. If I am interested in a confidential resume and I send an e-mail indicating my interest, will I be able to view the candidate's full resume if he/she so permits?

YES. If the candidate is interested in your job offer and posts you his full resume with contact information, you will be able to view his/her full resume.

13. Can I edit my job posting after I have posted it?

Of course! Just enter the "Post A Job" area, type in your login and password and change the job ad. It's that simple.


14.Once the vacancy is filled how can I deactivate the job posting?

All job postings remain active in our database for a period of one month from the day of posting. However if the vacancy is filled before then, and you want to delete the job ad, simply access the "Post A Job" area, type in your login and password and click the "Deactivate a Job Posting" option.

15.What about Privacy and security?

Good question! With privacy policies coming under increasing scrutiny and security of information coming under attack from viruses, hackers and the like CMI has taken steps to ensure that your information is under the highest security protocols. CMI uses the Security Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all transmissions between your computer and our server. A firewall also minimizes the chances of a virus attack or unauthorized access.
