                Is my resume confidential? 
                 
                Absolutely! CareeMosaicIndia believes that you should be the judge 
                of how much of information pertaining to you should be shared 
                with others. To that end we've created a three-tier confidentiality 
                level for your resume so that you can choose who sees your information 
                as well as how much information they can see. 
                 
                At every step we will share with you all of the information we 
                require from you as well what we do with the information. CAREERMOSAICINDIA 
                does not under any circumstances sell Personal information to 
                third parties. However there may be legal or security circumstances 
                which may compel us to share information with government or semi-government 
                agencies.e. At CAREERMOSAICINDIA we believe that the trust of 
                our users and members is paramount. For a full disclosure of our 
                privacy policies please go through our Privacy statement. 
              a) 
                Public resumes appear in all resume searches by all employers. 
                b) Contact Information-suppressed resumes are those wherein 
                those fields, which contain your contact information have been 
                suppressed by you. Consequently the potential employer(s) will 
                not see your contact information and can only send an e-mail to 
                your e-mail account (also hidden) and you may reply at your convenience. 
                c) Private resumes are those, which do not appear in any 
                resume search by any employers and are only to be used by you 
                to apply online.  
                 
                8. How will the employers contact me if he finds my resume 
                in the database and I've listed my resume as confidential? 
                 
                We map your e-mail id onto a message, which is displayed alongside 
                your profile. This "send e-mail" button enables the employer to 
                send an e-mail to you without any contact information about you 
                being displayed. You then receives the e-mail on the e-mail id 
                that he/she has entered as contact information during the resume 
                building. You can then reply at your own convenience. 
                 
                9. What does it mean when my resume is "active"? 
                 
                You are allowed to create and store up to three different resumes. 
                However only one resume at any given time can be "active". The 
                active resume is the one that employers encounters while searching 
                for resumes online. You can always choose to change the status 
                of any of the resumes.

                How long will my resume be on careermosaicindia.com? 
                 
                You are allowed to create and store up to three different resumes.

                for candidates online. You can always choose to change the status 
                of any of the resumes. You resume is kept in the database for 
                a period of 120 days from the time of your last update. This means 
                that unless you regularly update your resume at least once every 
                4 months, it is automatically deleted from our database. We strongly 
                advise jobseekers to regularly update their resume because new 
                or freshly renewed resumes are given priority in an employers 
                resume search. This means that a recently updated resume appears 
                on the top of the list of an employers search matches.  
                 
                11. How can I update my resume and why should I? 
                 
                Log into your MyMosaic account with your login name and password. 
                Click on Update resumes option. You will see the list of your 
                (up to three) resumes displayed. Choose any one of these at a 
                time and update / modify the same. After finishing remember to 
                "Save and Exit". Since updated resumes are considered as "New" 
                resumes, your updated resume will be treated as a recent addition 
                to the database. Employers place priority on fresh resumes so 
                the chances of your resume appearing at the top of the employers 
                search are maximized.

                How do I subscribe to the free E-mail service on CareerMosaicIndia? 
                 
                Click on the "Free e-mail" link at the bottom of any page on CareerMosaicIndia. 
                Fill in the details on the form online and you can immediately 
                begin to use your free email account.
