Tests galore - to understand you better!
A mix of psychometric and evaluative tests are planned to draw up your pen picture. All these tests are deployed online and trained analysts will review your evaluation and draw up reports.

Career Preference Test

This test is based on Dr. John Holland's theory that people and work environments can be loosely classified into six different groups. Different peoples' personalities may find different environments more to their liking. While someone may have some interests in and similarities to several of the six groups, he or she may be attracted primarily to two or three of the areas. These two or three letters are their Holland Code. You will be classified under several criteria which may be one characteristic or several that fall under the broad categories of being: Realistic, Investigative, Artisitic, Conventional, Enterprising and Social,

E.g., with a code of RES a person would most resemble the Realistic type, somewhat less resemble the Enterprising type, and resemble the Social type even less. The types that are not in someone's code are the types they resemble least of all. Most people, and most jobs, are some combination of two or three of the Holland interest areas.

DiSC Profiling Test

The DiSC profiling test is administered to measure the effectiveness of a candidate to fit a job profile. An adjectival discriminatory test, which is highly accurate, it requires some degree of mastery of whatever language in which it is administered.

DiSC testing measures four key factors of a person's behaviour: Dominance (assertiveness), Influence (communication), Steadiness (patience and consistency) and Conscientiousness (adherence to structure). DiSC Profiling gives an accurate, useful and in-depth view of a candidate's optimal work style. The profile reports offer the candidates a practical and constructive guidance in leveraging their strengths against their weaknesses.

DiSC is neutral, describing only the differences in how people approach problems, other people, pace and procedures. The DiSC Behaviour Style Reports highlight the value of an individual's unique style of functioning.

Information processing style

The third test will determine your attitude and indicate suitability to adapt to the requirements of the desired culture of the industry and / or organisation you are expecting to join and whether you will find a niche for yourself that is both suitable and fitting.

Test of English

A basic test of English will be deployed to measure English skills, since different job roles and sectors would need differing levels - adequate to good English skills. This will span vocabulary, comprehension and grammar.

Test of numeric skills

A basic test to measure Arithmetic and business calculation skills, since different job roles and sectors would need differing levels - adequate to good Math skills.

Test of Logic & Reasoning skills

All jobs, irrespective of sector and role, need basic problem solving skills. These will be measured by deploying a test to measure logical analytical skills and an ability to reason out a solution for a problem.
