Development of effective marketing strategies will be an integral part of your job. The sales positions entails extensive traveling.

Post graduates / MBAs with 2-6 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in event management will be preferred. 10-15 years of experience for senior positions. Experience in product launches will be an added advantage. Excellent communication and marketing skills are essential.

INDIA PARTNERSHIP FORUM (IPF) - Project Manager

Set up in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the IPF seeks to facilitate networking, dialogue and action among business and other stakeholders towards promoting advocacy and operational partnerships in corporate social responsibility. Responsibilities will include increasing awareness and creating a greater common understanding of corporate citizenship issues and the role of business in development, improving trust and "social capital" among participating stakeholders and the development of strategic, concrete and doable partnership activities around issues where business can use its comparative advantages to contribute to development.

A post-graduate degree in social work, a proven ability to lead and manage developmental projects and excellent communication skills are essential. At least 8-10 years of experience in a similar capacity is essential.

WATERSHED PROGRAMME - Project Advisor

You will be responsible for promoting watershed programmes in the country by facilitating companies, guiding them technically and providing them sustainable know-how vis-à-vis monitoring and evaluating mechanisms for scaling up operations. Work will involve extensive networking with bilateral and multi national organizations, NGOs and other civil society stakeholders, as well as with senior government officials.

The ideal candidate should have a background in civil engineering, with at least 10 years experience in dealing with watershed programmes.
