| You should have or are willing to attain a background in mathematics equivalent to the first two years of an engineering degree, including exposure to a course in linear algebra. In addition, a solid pass in the undergraduate-level courses in probability, statistics, and the fundamental methodologies of operations research will be required. For admission, you must have obtained: |
| (a) A good honours degree in Engineering, or its equivalent or; |
| (b) A
good honours degree in Science, Computer Science or Mathematics, or its equivalent, or; |
| (c) A
good honours degree in Business Administration (with a strong background in management science/operation research) or; |

(d) A good honours degree in a related technical
discipline which provides adequate background for successful completion of this program. |

ln addition, you should have taken the Graduate Record Examination (GRE), and the Test for English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). We require a minimum TOEFL score of 550 (paper-based) or 213 (computer-based), and a minimum GRE score of 2000. The entrance requirements include the relevant criteria for admission to MSc degree programs at NUS and Georgia Tech. Admission to the program will be offered on a very competitive basis. |
