B.Tech,
M.Tech, BE or ME degree in Computer Sciences or MCA for the positions
of:
PROJECT
MANAGERS / PROJECT LEADERS
Experience
of 6 – 12 years in Software Development with at lease 4 years
in managing large software development teams
TEAM
LEADERS
Experience
of 3 years in software development with at least 1 year in a team
leading position
Technical
Skills – two or more of the following
- Unix based Client
Server Data Processing Systems
- RDBMS (like Oracle)
- SQL
- Power Builder,
C or Cobol
- Object oriented
languages/tools (C++, Java, Geneva)
Personal Skills
- Proficiency in
oral and written English
- Leadership qualities
