Yes, we are talking about you - an Engineer with 4-8 years experience in software development with expertise in the areas that we have mentioned below.

We expect you to have Core Competence in
• Unix
• C++
• RDBMS
• Distributed Architectures like CORBA / DCOM
• Version Management Tools

It will be advantageous if you have Additional Competence in
• Java
• UML
• Rational Rose
• Telecom Domain Knowledge (Mobile standards & technologies like TMN, GSM,UMTS, GPRS etc.)

You will be responsible for
• Providing leadership to a team of 5 to 10 designers
• Product support
• Requirement collection and analysis
• Plan, design & develop distributed applications
• Customer interactions.
