Project Leaders:

Responsibilities:
You will drive the development of eGain's current and future product offerings. You will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 highly qualified developers and coordinating with the Engineering team in eGain USA to handle complete product life cycle beginning from requirements definition to the final release. Typically, you will be working on multiple product releases simultaneously.

Requirements:
In addition to being a BE/ BTech from a reputed institute such as one of the IITs/ RECs, you should have 5+ years of IT experience including 2+ years as a lead in development of commercial products. Should have hands on experience in developing applications with distributed architecture, and have worked on J2EE technologies. You must be able to handle multiple product releases management and configuration management processes. Strong OO design/database skills would be a definite plus.
