Functional Profile: Post graduate degree/professional (MBA/CA/ICWA) with 5-10 years of experience. Exposure to banking/financial operations specifically in the areas of retail/corporate banking, treasury, brokerage, asset/risk management in reputed Indian/foreign banks in positions of responsibility. Sufficient IT awareness and overseas exposure preferred. Functional experts would be involved in client interactions, consulting, implementation and testing of our products.

Technical Profile - Team Members/Team Leaders: BSc, MSc, BE, BTech, MTech OR MCA degree with 2-4 years experience in one or more of the following: Internet: Java, ASP, VB Script, XML,MTS, Weblogic, Websphere and Broadvision, UML, Rational Rose. Client Server: Experience in VB, VC, VC++, C++ and at least one RDBMS like Oracle Sybase or SQL Server. Middleware: CORBA, COM/DCOM. Testing Specialists: exposure to testing in medium and large applications. CRM: Exposure to products like Siebel.

Project Leaders/Project Managers: 5 years experience in managing teams, developing contemporary solutions using web/client server technologies. Proven international project experience using state-of-the-art software quality standards and techniques. Ability to estimate pans and monitor multiple projects. Overseas experience and exposure to financial applications preferred.

Implementation Managers: Functional / Technical Managers with 6-12 years experience in implementing and supporting applications, preferably in an overseas environment.
