General Manager - Software Quality Assurance      Code: GMQ/01

You are an engineer with 4 to 5 years' experience at a Senior level in the QA team of a software organization. Further, experience in leading and managing SEI CMM certification process would be to your advantage.

You must have sufficient knowledge of Quality Process Management. Superior people-management skills and a flair for precision are essential.

General Manager - Offshore Development      Code: GMD/01

You are an engineer, preferably with an MBA degree with 5 to 6 years of sound experience in interfacing with overseas clients. You must have managed offshore IT development projects, including those in Internet related areas.

The role will need you to initiate and manage our offshore projects in a time bound manner. Excellent people-management skills and the ability to work in a team are vital.

Skill Sets: Fluency in VC++, VB, JAVA/ ASP and SQL Server/ Oracle

General Manager - Enterprise Division      Code GME/01

You are an engineer with a proven track record of 5 to 6 years in independently managing MIS related projects involving interfacing with clients. As GM -Enterprise Division, you will be responsible for establishing and rapidly building up a division which would provide MIS and other support services to our clients. You are a team player with valuable skills in handling clients and their expectations.

Project Managers      Code; PM/01

You are an engineer (B.E or B.Tech) with 5 years' experience in the software industry. And MBA would add considerable weight to your profile. You ideally have proven acumen in Project Management and superior abilities in dealing with international clients.

The role will bring with it considerable technical challenges and scope for innovation. You will be the driving force behind a team of skilled engineers working on advanced technology projects. Junior Project Managers/ Project Leaders      Code: JPM/01

You are an engineer from one of India's premier institutions, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the software industry. A Management degree would be a definite advantage (IIT or IIM graduates with fair exposure and skills in Software may also apply).

Business Analysts      Code: BA/01

You are an engineer (B.E or B.Tech) with outstanding analytical skills and a minimum experience of 2 years, preferably in IT related areas. A management degree would be a plus point.

As a Business Analyst, you must have the skills and experience required for leading a team as part of a project.

Systems Analysts      Code: SA/01

You are an adept IT professional with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Application Development, preferably in 3-tier architecture environments. You hold a B.E/ B.Tech (CSE or EEE) or MCA qualification.

As a Systems Analyst, you need to have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you must also exhibit a flair for working in a team.

Skill Sets: Knowledge of C, C++, VB, JAVA and ASP on Windows NT platform. Prior experience in MS Windows development applications will be an added advantage.

Manager - Resourcing      Code: MR/01

You hold an MBA degree form a premier institute with specialization in Human Resources, and have an admirable record of a4 to 5 years in handling recruitment for the IT industry.
