has growing interests in the areas of e-enabling, e-commerce
and Internet services.
OPERATIONS GROUP
Head-Operations
You have demonstrable capability in running all India networks of customers / suppliers /
partners, at high transaction levels. Your relationship quotient is high, particularly at
senior levels in organisations you deal with.
Given the scope of the assignment at TVs e-shops, strengths
in some of the following areas will be desirable - market
research / technology / understanding of networks / finance
/ retailer operations. You currently head operation in FMCG
sales / retail finance / telecom / or are responsible for
business operation at an ISP.
You have had first hand experience in setting up data transfer systems. The IT backbone in
your current organisation has been shaped and strengthened under your direction. You are
around 40 years of relevant experience.
Retail Business Improvement Executives
A thorough understanding of retail and familiarity with IT - product / software is
essential. You are a graduate - preferable with an engineering degree - with 2 - 3 years
work experience in retail; engineers a retail / engineering products sales. Fluency in a
regional language will be preferred.
Data Products Head
You have 10 - 12 years experience in consumer research / marketing / promotions. In your
current organisation you are responsible for research design and the analysis and use of
findings, to implement marcom programmes. You currently work in an MR or advertising
agency.
Promotional Campaigns Manager
You are a graduate, preferably an MBA, with 5 - 7 years experience in brand management.
Apart from being comfortable in vernacular, you have a strong understanding of retail
operations. You have relevant experience in developing and implementing promotional
campaigns.
Network Specialists
You know network operations intuitively. You are completely at home with network
architecture. You are an engineer with 3 - 5 years experience in IT/ telecom, and run
large networks. You are comfortable working with Very Large DataBases.
Data Analysts
You have 3 - 5 years experience, a systems background (MCA), and considerable exposure to
data mining and analysts in companies dealing with such data on a massive scale.
Familiarity with the manipulation of enterprise wide databases will be critical.
Technical Support Executives
You are an engineer / have a diploma in engineering, with 3 - 5 years experience in office
automation / IT / consumer durable service. Installation and ongoing support service is a
role at which you excel.
RETAIL SALES GROUP
Retail Sales Group Head
You have 10 - 12 years experience with an enviable track record in sales, preferably in
FMCG. Your knowledge of channels is near absolute. Your experience is essentially in
consumer products / durables.
Regional Sales Managers
You have experience of about 5 years in consumer products / durables sales.
VERTICAL BUSINESS GROUP
Business Group Head
You have 10 years experience, you are an MBA, preferably an engineer as well. Your
marketing background in the FMCG industry has given you the perspective to understand
brand owner needs, in the context of the typical product management constraints they have
to deal with. You are confident of your understanding of retail operation.
Product Managers
You are MBA with at least 3 years relevant experience in product management preferable in
the FMCG industry.
Marcom Head
You are an MBA with 3 - 5 years experience in advertising / direct marketing. You have an
understanding of market research. You work in an advertising agency / in brand management
in the FMCG industry.
You will be working in a young, high energy environment,
which is focussed on innovation and achievement. You will
need to be among the best in your chosen field to join this
core team. You will be among the founding fathers of the
