We will develop software solutions focussed on the insurance/reinsurance industry (primarily for our overseas clients), manage large databases and explore outsourcing opportunities.

Global Business Technology Services (GBTS) is the India subsidiary of Alea Group, a US$315 million strong global reinsurance player, and Westfield Group, a US$673 million strong insurance solution provider in the Us.

We will operate as a Software Technology Park Unit (100% EOU), from Chennai.

You can give impetus to our India operations, as -

Chief Technology Officer

You will formulate and provide direction for technology strategy, create the infrastructure, maintain technology platforms & processes, and drive project deliverables. As a key member of the top management team, you will need excellent project planning & management skills, and the ability to lead teams. You should be a Graduate Engineer with 10-12 year's experience managing Information Technology. An MBA from a premier business school will be a plus.

Chief Marketing Officer

You will identify and understand market opportunities, make proposals to prospective clients, monitor post-implementation performance, devise client retention strategies, and ensure client satisfaction. You must have a BE/MCA degree and an MBA (or equivalent); 8-10 years in Marketing/Business Development in service industries, 3+ years in software services (preferably in financial services sector). Excellent marketing & communication skills are a must. Exposure to international markets is desirable.

Head - HR

Your task will be to create a professional and conductive work culture that will ensure high retention of employees. As a key member of the top management team, you will direct and coordinate HR activities in consonance with business goals. You will have 10-12 years' post-qualification experience in HR, at least 2 of them in the IT / financial services sector. Excellent communication & team-building skills are presumed.
