Sr.Process Consultants/Process Consultants:
You should have 4-8 years of experience in software development
and quality management. Experience in implementing CMM process
practices and an exposure to software engineering metrics
and quality models/techniques like MBNQA, Deming, Six Sigma,
etc. is a must. You should also have very good communication
skills.
