VOICE TECHNOLOGIST
Exp. level 8-12 years
- Good
fundamental knowledge of Voice systems, Switches, EPABXes,
VoIP, IVRs and CTI technologies.
- Should
have worked on networking of large voice switches (More
than 500 extensions) of Nortel/Alcatel/Siemens/Lucent.
- Should
have a conceptual Understanding about the criticality of
voice service and business impact of the same.
- Will
be responsible for managing all voice platforms within the
organization and will be involved in all upgrades new purchases
and change management.
- Internal
co-ordination with the team members and external co-ordination
with vendors in varied geographical locations. Explore new
technology options in VoIP and Internet Telephony and contribute
to cost savings.
IT
ACCOUNT HANDLER
Exp. Level 10-12 years
- Working
knowledge of the various IT infrastructure technologies,
not limited to LAN/WAN/Securities and various IDEs.
- Should
have worked in a cross platform development /production
environment supporting multiple projects. Will be the liaison
between IT and the development team managers.
- Should
be capable of handling number of projects simultaneously
and proficient at relationship management and co-ordinate
with development team as will as on-site team.
- Should
be able to understand the needs of various development teams
and provide solutions accordingly.
Should be able to co-ordinate with colleagues and guide
his/her juniors.
GLOBAL
SERVER TEAM MEMBER
Exp. level 8-12 years
- Candidate
must have indepth knowledge of Microsoft’s Client /Server
Technologies.
- Experience
in managing Microsoft/Intel, Various Linux versions servers
in a dynamic global environment with “hands-on”
experience on SMS, Exchange 2000 and windows. NET Beta testing.
- Experience
with the design, management, restoration and disaster recovery
of network servers utilizing various software Backup Solutions.
- Candidate
must have experience with multiple server hardware vendors
(Dell, Compaq, HP, etc) including server builds, as well
as extensive experience with Tape Backup solutions utilizing
LTO, DLT, Tape Libraries, etc.
UNIXSYSTEM
ADMINISTRATOR
Exp. level 8-10 years
- Should
have worked extensively on Sun Microsystems, Solaris Operating
System and Oracle Database Server, NFS, NIS, Jumpstart.
Working knowledge of Apache/IBM HTTP Server is required.
- Should
have worked in an environment (ideally development environment)
supporting multiple Solaris/Oracle servers.
- Should
be well versed with TCP/IP protocol suite, Unix shell scripting,
Perl scripting, backups/restores of both Solaris and Oracle
server. Knowledge of IBM DB2 and MySQL database will be
an added plus.
- Must
have demonstrated experience and knowledge as a Solaris
System Administrator and a Oracle DBA.
