Call Center Associates (Job Code -
CCA-02)
Dynamic young graduates with exemplary communication skills
and excellent command of English, particularly with ability
to understand and handle the American accent. Male candidates,
willing to work in the night shift, would be preferred.
Quality Assurance Executive (Job Code
- CCA-QA)
People with more than 2 yrs. experience in medical billing (Accounts
Receivables follow- up) will be considered for Quality Assurance
positions. Male candidates with exemplary communication skills
and willingness to work in night shifts will be preferred.
Manager - Finance (Job Code - MF-01)
Chartered Accountant with at least 4-5 years post Qualification
experience, preferably with ITES background and knowledge of
US GAAP.
Asst. Manager/ Sr.Executive - Recruitment
(Job Code - AMSR-01)
Candidates with at least 2-3 years recruitment experience in
ITES/Call Center industry. The candidates should possess excellent
communication skills.
Head / Manager - Quality (Job Code
- HMQ - 01)
Candidates with at least 4 years experience in Quality management
systems such as six sigma, ISO 9001, statistical Quality control
tools and processes. An ITES / Manufacturing industry backgrounds
will be an added advantage.
Manager - Medical Coding (Job Code
- MMC - 01)
Candidates, preferably Certified Professional Coders (CPC) with
at least 2-5 years experience in medical coding.
Medical Coding Executives (Job Code
- MCE - 01)
Candidates should have over one year experience in medical coding
or medical transcription. Life sciences graduates will be preferred.
Network Engineer (Job Code - NE - 01)
Candidates with 2-4 years experience in Windows 2000 Active
Directory Services Administration, E-Mail servers, VPN technology
(CISCO routers), PIX Firewal. Knowledge of VoIP / VoFR is optional.
