We require the following professionals with experience in the areas mentioned below:

Senior QA Manager (MAO1)

• 10-12 years experience in managing Development and/or QA teams
  
• Brilliant academic record
  
• Solid engineering background and hands-on Development experience
  
• Familiarity with Unix and Databaes (preferably Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 and Informix)
  
• Exceptional Interpersonal, Verbal, Written and communication skills
  
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems, Supply Chain or ERP Systems is a plus

QA Manager (MA02)

• 8-10 years of experience in managing QA and or Development teams
  
• 5+ years experience in software Quality Assurance
  
• 2+ years experience in managing, or hands-on experience in automated testing tools
  (WinRunner LoadRunner Jmeter)
  
• Experience in SILK if preferred
  
• Familiarity with Unix and Databases
  (preferably Oracle, SQL server, DB2 and Informix)
  
• Proven ability to work independently and meet last minute deadlines
  
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  
• Additional experience developing n-tier applications technology
  
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems, Supply Chain or ERP systems is a plus

QA Lead Engineers (MA03)

• 5-8 years experience testing software
  
• 3+ years experience in automated testing tools
  (WinRunner/LoadRunner/Jmeter)
  
• 2+ years experience in SILK
  
• Familiarity with coding in Java is preferred
  
• Additional experience developing n-tier applications technology is strongly desired

Senior QA Engineers (MA04)

• 3-5 years of experience testing software
  
• 2+ years experience in automated testing tools
  (WinTunner/LoadRunner/Jmeter)
  
• 1+ years experience in SILK is preferred

QA Engineers (MA05)

• 1-3 years of experience testing software
  
• 1+ years experience in automated testing tools

Common skills for MA03,MA04 & MA05

• Familiarity with actual design of test scripts and test cases, not just record and playback
  
• Strong knowledge of client server environments
