As a Project Manager you need to have 6
- 10 years of software experience in a reputed organization,
with the ability to lead and motivate high potential project teams.
As a Programmer Analyst you need 3 - 5
years of software experience in a reputed organization.
As a Technical Architect you need 6 - 10
years of experience in architecting solutions on multiple platforms
and technologies.
You should be able to converse fluently in Japanese
and have worked in at least three Japanese projects using double
byte character sets and encoding (Shift_JIS, EUC JP). Experience
with L10N and I18N would be an added advantage. You should have
level 2 or level 3 JLPT certification or equivalent.
You should be a BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MCA
with an excellent academic record. Exposure to formal quality processes
and a strong foundation in SDLC concepts is required.
