Test Manager:
You should be a B.E / MCA / M.Sc with over 6 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus in providing software solutions on different technologies and platforms. You should have an ability to propose and define test processes with experience in setting up large offshore test centres. Client interfacing and communication skills is necessary. A degree in Business Management will be an added advantage.

You will interact with the client/development team, be responsible for Project planning, Configuration planning, Estimation, Scheduling, Project Tracking, Status Reporting and demonstrating ROI to the client. A minimum of 2 years of experience in software test management is a must.

Test Strategy Consultant:

You should be a B.E / MCA / M.Sc with over 6 years of experience in the IT industry with specialization in any of the above domains and technologies. Experience in providing test strategy solutions to large enterprises is a must. You should have the ability to propose automation strategies, and possess good client interfacing and communication skills. A degree in Business Management will be and added advantage.

You will be responsible for providing test strategy consultancy to infosys' clients, which includes suggesting multiple testing approaches, verifying testability of requirements, identifying boundary conditions in design, preparing test plans, identifying test data requirements, defining guidelines for test results, analysis and reporting, and suggesting test optimization techniques.

Test Architect:

You should be a B.E / MCA / M.Sc with over 4 years of experience in the IT industry with specialization in any of the above domains and technologies. Experience in Providing technology / domain/test automation consultancy to large enterprises is a must, You should have experience in understanding architectures and identifying performance and security issues.

You will be responsible for providing consultancy services to testing teams to ensure that the test requirements capture the required technology and domain content, identify test automation approach and assist in tool identification and test environment set up activities. Your responsibilities will also include assisting the test teams in identifying performance and security issues and recommending solutions t clients.

Test Engineers / Test Analysts:

You should be a B.E / MCA / M.Sc with 1-5 years of experience. You should be proficient in design and execution of test scenarios and cases, experienced in at least one test automation tool. You should be familiar with formal and unconventional testing techniques.

You will be responsible for test requirement analysis, test scenario design and review, designing and executing test for different test types such as functional, performance, security testing, etc., creation and set up a test data, development of test scripts, automation of regression test suites using industry standard 3rd party tools, development of simulation and data creation tools and result and status reporting to the Test Manager. Knowledge of one or more business domains, Configuration Management and Defect Management tools is necessary.
